1. The power must be turned on and the machinery started only after all other personnel have left the mechanical work area and removed any debris from the workbench.

2. After the machinery is started, only one person is responsible for transporting materials and operating the machinery. Others are not allowed to press the power switch or step on the foot switch board. It is strictly forbidden to put hands into the working area of the machinery or touch the moving parts of the machinery with hands. When the hardware processing machinery in Dongguan is in operation, it is strictly prohibited to put hands into the working area of the slider. It is also forbidden to take or place workpieces by hand. When taking out or placing workpieces in the die, tools that meet the standards must be used. If any abnormal sound or malfunction of the machinery is detected, the power switch should be turned off immediately for inspection.

When leaving work, one should turn off the power supply and tidy up the finished products, scraps and sundries on the post to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

The above operating procedures must be voluntarily followed. Do not operate in violation of regulations. In case of malfunction, cooperate with maintenance personnel for inspection and repair. In case of an accident, immediately cut off the power supply, keep the scene and report to the factory management for handling. All consequences caused by violation of operating procedures shall be borne by the person involved.

4. Before starting the Dongguan hardware processing machinery, check whether the moving parts have been lubricated with oil. Then start the machine and check if the clutch and brake are functioning properly. Let the machine idle for 1 to 3 minutes. Do not operate the machine if there is a fault.

V. When changing the die, first turn off the power. Only after the moving part of the press stops running can the installation and debugging of the die begin. After the installation and adjustment are completed, manually move the flywheel for a test punch twice to check if the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and reasonable, if the screws are tight, and if the blank holder is in a reasonable position.

People with long hair must wear safety helmets. When working, maintain the correct posture and have sufficient energy to deal with the work. If you feel unwell, leave your post immediately and report it to your supervisor. When operating hardware processing in Dongguan, one must be fully concentrated, strictly refrain from chatting idly, and cooperate with each other. Operators must not operate when they are agitated or tired to avoid accidents and ensure operational safety.
