Stainless steel metalworking involves processing raw materials (stainless steel, copper, aluminum, iron.....) By using lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, grinders, polishers and other machinery, various parts are processed according to customers' drawings or samples, such as screws, motor shafts, model car parts, power bank housings, etc. The surface processing of hardware can be further classified into: hardware painting processing, electroplating, surface polishing processing, hardware corrosion processing, etc.

Stainless steel hardware processing and polishing: The principle refers to achieving a bright and smooth surface through regular dissolution. Method: A processing method that reduces the surface roughness of the workpiece by mechanical, chemical or electrochemical actions to obtain a bright and smooth surface. It is a finishing process carried out on the surface of a workpiece by using polishing tools, abrasive particles or other polishing media.

Oxidation can be classified into hard oxidation of aluminum, oxidation of die-cast aluminum, color oxidation, anodic oxidation of aluminum, and natural color oxidation, etc.

Passivation in stainless steel hardware processing: The principle can be explained by the film theory. Passivation occurs when the metal interacts with oxidizing substances, and during the interaction, a very thin, dense, well-covering, and firmly adhered passivation film is formed on the metal surface. Compared with the traditional physical sealing method, passivation treatment has the characteristics of absolutely not increasing the thickness of the workpiece or changing its color, improving the precision and added value of the product, and making the operation more convenient.

Adhesive backing: Adhesive backing is one of the important features of stamps.

Machining: Turning, planing, milling, grinding. Threading: Threading uses two threaded rods to squeeze the workpiece to be processed, causing threads to be pressed out on the surface of the part. Tapping: Tapping, also known as plate threading, is used to process or repair external threads. Its interior has threads and can be processed manually or on a threading machine. Electroplating: Electroplating is divided into methods such as rack plating, barrel plating, continuous plating and brush plating, which mainly depends on the size and batch of the parts to be plated.
